RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interest is to understand how endoparasites, vectors (ticks and mosquitoes), and vector-borne pathogens are distributed in different landscapes and how they affect the host immune system. In another context, I am keen to know how ethnic medicines help protect the diseases. These questions will be critical for the design of drugs and vaccines as well as for the formulation of plan, policy, and programs associated with the human health at national/international level.
